LAST WEEK'S ROUNDUP: A light to moderate trade developed in the 
North on Wednesday with dressed deals ranging from 187.00-
188.00, mostly 187.00, generally $3 to $4 lower than the 
previous week's weighted average basis Nebraska. Thursday saw 
more light to moderate action in the North and South with 
Southern live deals ranging from 115.00-118.00, mostly 117.00, 
generally $3 to $4 lower than last week's average, and Northern 
business on Thursday was generally steady to $1.00 lower with 
the previous day's decline at 186.00-187.00. Friday was quiet 
with only a little cleanup trade reported.

DTN MORNING COMMENTS:  The country is quiet this morning with 
action limited to the distribution of new showlists. This 
week's trade will likely be postponed until Wednesday or later. 
Beef cutouts are expected to be mixed with generally light box 

For the week ending December 02, 2017, Imported Beef Passed for 
Entry in the U.S. totaled 39,337, 137.72% of the previous week 
and 108.81% of the prior 4-week average.
